  • Chairperson: Mr. Janis Pamiljans

    Mr. Pamiljans is the parent of a high school student who has come up through the Lower School at Holy Trinity. He retired in February 2021 as Corporate Vice President and President of Northrop Grumman’s Aerospace Systems sector, a premier aerospace provider of military and civilian space systems, military aircraft, autonomous systems and next-generation solutions. He now is a consultant for number of aerospace corporations serving the executive leadership. Mr. Pamiljans earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Aero/Engineering and Operations from San Jose State University and completed advanced management programs at both Harvard Business School and Duke University Fuqua School of Business. He previously served on the board of the U.S Congressional Medal of Honor Foundation as vice chair. He also served as a member of the California Science Center Foundation Board of Trustees. His interests have been in advancing human space exploration and discovery while devoted to protecting our nations ‘sons and daughters’.
  • Vice Chairperson: Mr. Summit Shah

    Mr. Shah is the father of two Holy Trinity students and a returning HTEA trustee. He previously served as vice chairman and secretary of the board. Mr. Shah is the president/principal of Southeast Petro Distributors and also serves as a board member for Crosswind Youth Services, The Children's Hunger Project, United Way of Brevard, and Boy Scouts of America. He chairs the FIT Board of Fellows and is active in Business Voice and the Economic Development Commission of Florida's Space Coast. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing and a minor in Sociology from Tulane University.
  • Past Chairperson: Mr. Thomas Flavin

    Mr. Flavin is the parent of two former Holy Trinity students. He is the managing partner of Flavin Nooney & Person, CPAs & Advisors. After serving several terms on the board during the late 1990s through 2008, he returned in 2017. Mr. Flavin is happy to be back on the board.
  • Mrs. Aimee Balda

    Mrs. Balda is an active volunteer and is a dedicated mother of four students at Holy Trinity. Since 2003, she has co-founded Balda Development and has served in various leadership roles at innovative telecom startups. As a holder of multiple patents for groundbreaking medical innovations, Mrs. Balda's contributions to healthcare and technology are noteworthy.

    An advocate for education and youth development, Mrs. Balda actively participates in Junior Achievement and the annual Balda Innovation Challenge. She also contributes to the Balda Family Foundation, which generously awards college scholarships to promising students in Brevard County.

    Mrs. Balda holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Iowa and a Master of Science from Harvard. In her leisure time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and playing tennis. She balances her professional accomplishments with a fulfilling personal life.
  • Mr. Kevin J. Bartczak

    Before his retirement, Mr. Bartczak held several board of director positions for a variety of private local businesses, contributing based upon his experience as a financial executive, CFO, treasurer and CPA.
  • Dr. Frank Christopian

    Dr. Christopian currently serves as the vestry representative for Holy Trinity Episcopal Church where he is also a member. He is a Professor of Business at Eastern Florida State College and also serves as an adjunct professor at Florida Institute of Technology, teaching in the graduate school business masters program. He holds a doctorate from Regent University as well as two Master of Science degrees from Loyola University and the George Washington University. His Bachelor of Arts degree is from the University of Memphis. Previously, he served 24 years in the aerospace and defense industry.
  • Mrs. Dipty Desai

    Mrs. Desai initially became involved with Holy Trinity in 1996 as the parent of two alumni and has had a passion for the school ever since.  She received her Bachelor of Pharmacy at Southwestern Oklahoma State University. She became a certified teacher and spent her working career in education at Holy Trinity. She previously taught first grade and was tasked to develop and teach the STEAM program at the Lower School. She has also been involved in various projects in the HT community, including twice chairing An Evening of Elegance, Holy Trinity's signature event, developing and running the Lower School's Character Education program, leading Girl Scouts, and starting International Day in the Early Childhood program, to name a few.  Outside of Holy Trinity, Dipty is actively involved in the community, and has served on the boards of Children’s Advocacy Center, Manav Mandir, and Indiafest Board of Advisors. In her free time, she enjoys photography, attending book clubs, gardening, cooking, traveling, hiking, and playing with her dog Zoe.
  • Mrs. Patricia Dial

    Mrs. Dial is the parent of two Holy Trinity alumni lifers, classes of 2009 and 2012, and was honored as the 2012 Upper School Volunteer of the Year. She has served multiple terms on the Holy Trinity Board of Trustees, including past chair for the Finance, Endowment, and Advancement committees, and past Board Vice-Chair. She is a member of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, Society of Women Engineers, United Way of Brevard, League of Women Voters, Daughters of the American Revolution, Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary International, and has recently retired from L3Harris Technologies, culminating a lifelong career in the Aerospace and Defense industry. 

    Mrs. Dial earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Florida Southern College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Southern Illinois University. She also enjoys traveling and planning events to enjoy with family and friends.
  • Mr. Geoffrey Fraser

    Mr. Fraser is an entrepreneur and owner/partner in several healthcare related companies, including Clear Choice Health Care which manages and oversees nursing and assisted living facilities in two states. Helping seniors, people with disabilities, and our nation's veterans has been his life's mission. Mr. Fraser earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration and a Master of Health Administration from the University of North Florida. His greatest passion is being the father of three Lower School students.
  • Mr. William "Bill" Harris

    Mr. Harris is the parent of a 2009 Holy Trinity lifer/graduate, and has served several terms on the Holy Trinity Board of Trustees. He has been a financial advisor with Morgan Stanley in Melbourne for 39 years.  Mr. Harris is a past President of the Community Foundation for Brevard and a current trustee of the Roy and Barbara Stevens Foundation.
  • Mrs. Madeleine Low

    Mrs. Low is a parent of a lower school and a future Holy Trinity student. She is a Director at Northrop Grumman which is a premier aerospace provider of military and civilian space systems, military aircraft, autonomous systems and next-generation solutions. Mrs. Low earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and Master’s of Science in Material Science both from the University of California Los Angeles. Mrs. Low is active in the Society of Women Engineers and multiple mentoring and leadership programs at Northrop Grumman. 
  • Mrs. Kate McGill

    Mrs. McGill is a proud alumna of Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy’s first graduating class. She has witnessed firsthand the evolution of the HTEA educational community and has maintained a strong relationship with the institution for 35 years.

    Mrs. McGill holds a B.A. in Music from Emory University and is a Registered Nurse. Her commitment to Holy Trinity extends to her family, as her four sons currently attend the Lower School where she is an active volunteer. Alongside her husband Ryan, she enjoys teaching Character Education, serving as a Homeroom Parent and coaching basketball. The McGill family enjoys a lasting relationship with The Scott Center for Autism Treatment and are passionate advocates for early intervention. Mrs. McGill has been a guest speaker at the Evening of Hope, sharing her experience as a mother to four children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. 
  • Mrs. Charise Mormile

    Mrs. Mormile is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a BS in Health Science and Biology. She has two boys attending Holy Trinity, one in the Upper School and one in the Lower School. She is a stay-at-home mom donating her time and talents to Holy Trinity Church and Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy.

    Mrs. Mormile is an executive board member on the Athletic Boosters, a board member of the Lower School Parent Association, and she volunteers as the admin for the Parent Association Facebook page and admin for the Athletic Booster Facebook page. She also volunteers as the Homeroom Parent Coordinator for the Lower School, a member of the Character Education team, a Stations of The Cross chaperone, a morning chapel LEM, an art docent, a Tiger Team volunteer, a judge for the Latin Forum, and a co-coordinator for bi-annual Used Uniform Sale program. Mrs. Mormile also volunteers with the Varsity Baseball team and the Swim and Dive team. She is a member of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church where she serves as a LEM, with her boys serving as acolytes, torchers and readers.
  • Mrs. Joy Patterson

    Mrs. Patterson holds a B.A. from the University of South Florida, an M.A. from Northwestern University, and an M.S. from The Florida Institute of Technology. Her only child attended Holy Trinity Episcopal School from 1983- 1989. After teaching English at Melbourne Central Catholic High School for 30 years, she retired to teach freshmen at Florida Institute of Technology. In 2022, she retired from Florida Tech where she continues to tutor in the Writing Center. Her hobbies include reading, music, walking, and traveling.  She Is a member of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church.
  • The Rev. Tom Phillips

    Father Phillips is a dad, fisherman and a road bike racer. Prior to coming to Holy Trinity he was the rector at the Church of the Incarnation in Oviedo, Florida from 2018 to 2023. While there he brought a passion for faithfully preaching and teaching the Bible. Before being ordained as a Priest, Fr. Phillips was one of the founding members of Emmaus Ministries, an inter-denominational Bible school that takes young adults through the content of the entire Bible in 10 months. The ministry began in partnership with Youth With a Mission, the world’s largest missions organization.
  • Mr. Mike Seeley

    Mr. Seeley is the president of the Health First Foundation and a member of the executive council of Health First. In that role, he is the chief development officer of Health First and is responsible for planning, implementing, and coordinating all fundraising activities. Mr. Seeley and his team work with the Foundation's 30-member board to execute fundraising strategies and campaigns. His team is also responsible for our Community Benefit programs and the numerous Health First community partnerships working to support needs identified in the Community Health Needs Assessment.

    Additionally, Mr. Seeley is the service line executive for Oncology and the Designated Institutional Official for Graduate Medical Education Programs. In June 2024, he assumed the interim role of President of Community Health Services at Health First.

    Mr. Seeley serves on the boards of the Brevard Homeless Coalition and Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine.
  • Mrs. Amanda Smith

    Mrs. Smith is the mother of two Holy Trinity students. She is a managing partner at WhiteBird, PLLC. As an attorney, she specializes in estate planning and trust and probate administration. Mrs. Smith is a third-generation Brevard County resident who is passionate about investing in the community that raised her, and the community where she and her husband are now raising their daughters. She is the past chair of the Community Foundation for Brevard and serves as an Elder at Georgianna Church. Mrs. Smith earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University and her Juris Doctorate from Florida State University College of Law.
  • Mr. Tom Stallard

    Mr. Stallard is a Melbourne native and an alumni parent of lifer students from the classes of 2018 and 2022. He served multiple terms on the Board of Trustees including Chairperson. In 2023, he chaired the Head of School Search Committee.

    With 36 years of experience, Mr. Stallard is the President of State Title & Guaranty Co., Inc., a family business in Melbourne. He is a member of the Florida Land Title Association, American Land Title Association, and serves on the board of the Melbourne Regional Chamber of Commerce. He holds a B.S. from the University of Central Florida.

    He served as Senior Warden and Treasurer for Holy Trinity Episcopal Church. Mr. Stallard enjoys travel, fantasy football, tennis, and Miami Dolphins football, hoping every year that the Dolphins make it to the Super Bowl.
  • Mrs. Sonja Waterman

    Mrs. Waterman grew up in Melbourne, FL, and attended Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy from grades 4-12. She is extremely grateful for the Christian foundation that she built there. She is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with bachelor degrees in Hospitality and Event Management. She has spent time previously coaching volleyball and working in the Advancement department at Holy Trinity.  
     
    Mrs. Waterman met her husband, Andy, while playing in a competitive beach volleyball tournament in Cocoa Beach. They married in 2015 and have two boys, Jackson and Maverick. Their passions are real estate, playing beach volleyball, surfing, skiing, boating, and traveling as much as possible. 
     
    She is passionate about helping people and being a light wherever needed. Her favorite Bible verse is Philippians 4:13.
  • Mr. Nate Zeller

    Mr. Zeller is a dedicated parent of two students at Holy Trinity, with one in the Lower School and the other in the Upper School. In addition to his responsibilities on the board, he also serves as Vice Chair for the Advancement Committee.

    Mr. Zeller launched his career in the energy sector with Ameren, a utility company based in St. Louis, Missouri. In 2011, Mr. Zeller and his wife Stacy-Anne, a Brevard County native, relocated to Merritt Island, where he began working with Siemens Energy in the Wind Division. Throughout his career, he has held various roles in Business Development, Marketing, and Strategy, including an international assignment in Berlin.

    Mr. Zeller holds a degree in Finance from the University of Missouri and an MBA from the Florida Institute of Technology.
    Outside of work, The Zellers are enthusiastic supporters of their two sons, Victor and Martin, in various sports. The family also enjoys traveling and spending time on the water.
