Mrs. Retter

College: B.S. in Education from University of the Cumberlands; M.S. in Educational Leadership from University of Georgia

Career: Mrs. Retter resumed her teaching career at Valwood School, a college preparatory school in Georgia, and then moved to Melbourne, FL. She taught at Covenant Christian School and then Calvary Chapel Academy. Her teaching experience is largely at the high school level, from English I up to AP Language and AP Literature. She has also taught separate composition courses at every level.

"Even students who do not wish to pursue careers in the literary field can benefit from becoming effective writers. Even those who own their own software start-up company may find themselves communicating with clients primarily through written form. I want to equip students to write well in the realm they choose for their future."
